El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas, con aire acondicionado funcionando excelente. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, con buena variedad y todo fresco. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos, respetuosos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La ubicación también es muy buena para moverse por Mérida.
