The staff was so nice & helpful. Love the outside shower and roomy rooms. The AC was great in heat humid weather we stayed in September humidity at its highest. Breakfast was good just little pricey I think. Other than that I love this boutique hotel and would stay again if I go to Merida again.

The most beautiful property! The area was wonderful and within walking distance to great eats and shops. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was amazing. The staff was so sweet and were beyond helpful with questions we had. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Property, walking distance to downtown. We loved the vibrant and delicious breakfast from Izel , restaurant on the property ! Ivanna, our server was very knowledgeable with the delicious Veracruz and Mayan Cuisine . Thank you Chef “Pablo Luque”. We will definitely stay here again .

Beautiful and clean room! The staff spoke Spanish and English very well which was a bonus for us as visitors working on our Spanish! We also had breakfast here and it was delicious. A very beautiful and quiet place to stay near the city centre - highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Great staff! Check in with the wonderful Abby was fast and easy. Parked on the street beside the hotel for 36 hours with no issue. Quiet location, easy walk to the various squares and restaurants.

Casa de las Palomas was absolutely magical. We stayed here while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so incredibly cared for. The staff surprised us by covering our bed with roses for our anniversary it was such a thoughtful, romantic touch and something we will always remember. The property itself is breathtaking. There is a beautiful balance of rustic Yucatán charm, natural textures, lush surroundings, and quiet luxury. The outdoor showers were one of my favorite touches there is something so peaceful about being surrounded by the warmth and beauty of Mérida in such a private, intimate setting. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was the attentive staff. They were warm, gracious, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. Every detail seemed intentional, yet nothing ever felt forced. Our time at Casa de las Palomas became part of the story of our 20th anniversary romantic, peaceful, beautiful, and filled with unforgettable experiences. We arrived to celebrate twenty years of marriage and left with another beautiful chapter in our love story. Thank you, Casa de las Palomas, for making Mérida feel like magic.
