"I was not impressed. I paid a lot of money for a suite it was dingy. The carpets were terribly stained. It smelled of metal and cigarette smoke. I have been told for years about this place and I finally get to stay there and it was so disappointing when I told the front desk about it, all they could say was oh I’m so sorry. We’ll tell housekeeping like I just paid over $3000 to come and see a show at the Colosseum and stay at Ceasar’s and all you can tell me is oh I’m sorry I’ll tell housekeeping"

"The hotel was unpleasant and regret taking my family to Circus Circus. The sheets and bathroom towels were dirty. We had to switch rooms because the people staying next to us were smoking and the odor was stagnant in our room. The staff had horrible attitudes and said they can’t do anything about the room next to smoking. Also, the food court ran out of food early in the evening. Floors, walls, curtains, sheets, and pillow cases were all dirty. The entire hotel smelled like drugs and sewer. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and never got a call back. This hotel is run down. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT! "
