A very well presented and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and comes with air conditioning throughout, large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms one with walk in shower and a large terrace that gets plenty of sun and has ample seating.

Located in a small low rise complex all built around a communal pool and gardens. All properties have underground parking and the beach is a 15 minute walk away.

Excellent large apartment in a secure well maintained attractive 3 floor block. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable beds, with all mod cons. Very large terrace with comfortable furniture that got sun all morning in November...we used sunbeds in the attractive garden/pool area in afternoon. Nice sea view from terrace too. Secure underground garage worked well. A car is needed as walking into Sabinillas is impractical due to difficulties crossing busy main road. Suggest owner leaves some basic instructions...IE button system for exiting complex , confirm bin location is by golf club, working of air con/heating system,.
