"Our room was not very clean. All surfaces (table and kitchen) were sticky and we went to the desk to let them know. The desk clerk came with a bottle of disinfectant and although he was very nice, it really didn't clean the room. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked onton the floor etc. The only high light was the indoor pool and we were fine with the jacuzzi not beeing too hot, but the sauna wasn't working. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast which we didn't take. Ordering drinks is expensive. No atmosphere."

"Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gross, schön und sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem möchte ich aber die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin hervorheben. Eine sehr sympathische Familie, zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, super hilfsbereit und antwortet immer sofort, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals einen herzlichen Dank und bitte bleiben Sie so!"

"Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment was nice, clean, and had a beautiful view, exactly as described. Shampoo was missing, but that was not a big deal.The only issue was the check-in policy. After 9 PM, check-in is possible for an additional fee, but after midnight it’s not possible at all. This could be a problem if a flight is delayed, as guests may arrive after midnight and still be unable to access an apartment they have already paid for. A self check-in option would be very helpful."
