Proche de la mer et des commerces, restaurants l'aménagement de la location est au TOP la déco sympa l'accueil de l'agence excellente avec une personne disponible et souriante

Bravo aux propriétaires qui ont fait de ce deux pièces un appartement plein de charme. On s’y sent bien Situé dans un quartier très sympathique Il manque juste des volets dans la cuisine. Car même si elle est orientée à l’est quand le soleil tape façon canicule comme cet été l’appartement monte en température. Pour le parcage de notre voiture cela n’a pas été problématique . En tournant un peu nous avons trouvé une place sans problème tous les jours quand nous bougions

Très bonne location dans l'ensemble, mais il est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking associée, à ce logement. Garer sa voiture ,sur une place publique est une vrai galère à Carnac, et avec la jeunesse qui sors très tard la nuit ,et qui s'alcoolise, on retrouve sa voiture rayée en début de matinée. La location est mal isolée. La 2eme semaine de location pendant 3 jours les voisins du dessus ont effectué des travaux. Et c'était vraiment gênant pour des vacances. Nous ne relouerons pas cette location, c'est dommage ,car elle très bien équipée, et ce deux pièces est vraiment sympas. Un souci aussi, aucune information données pour la gestion des poubelles, pas de poubelle fournies, nous avons du nous débrouiller. seul, sans trier les déchets .
