"Beautiful property, rooms have no actual locks or doors on bathroom. Just hovering glass, cleaning ladies walked right in while we where using the toilet. Towel service is impossible, tried to book A LA Carte all 4 nights, booked 4 days in advance had to eat buffet food every night. Property seems very safe in comparison to others, staff isnt as friendly as you would hope and we are Canadian so we are pretty friendly. Buffet Breakfast food is pretty good lunch and dinner not as much. The Valley is a good option if you have trouble booking ALa Carte like we did. The reviews on the boats at the water are accurate as it is a excursion point meeting spot for all the spots. Loungers easy to find near beach/ impossible near pool. Beautiful pools only open until 6 pm which sucks. Cafe has good options, but gave us somthing different every day even though we ordered the same thing every day. And I recieved a wonderful smoothie first night only for then to tell me they dont have smoothies next 3 days. The American bar is pretty good one of the few staffs that make you feel like they actualy want you there. Overall not the best experience, but I didnt get food poisoning even though I ate buffet food every day so thats a plus 2/5 stars"
