"This is a beautiful and well-maintained property with a beautiful beach. BUT service is virtually non-existent, non-welcoming, non-responsive and does not even come close to a 4- or 5-star level AND food and drink (even coffee and tea) quality is bad to tears no matter where you go. This resort is trying to cut corners to save money at every step. Personal opinion: management needs to be replaced."
