"The property was clean and there was active staff tending to the property and maintenance I have overall no complaints except : 1. I was given a disgusting stained pool towel although you could tell it was clean there was stain that was obviously not removable it looked gross and I hadn’t notice until I was already lining the chair with it . Embarrassing 2. The food options could use more variety especially staying for up to a week Highlight disappointed with no oxtail I would have even paid an up charge. For the size of the dining hall more options could have been offered instead of repeating options in different spots. Also with no room service , late night options were limited to nachos beef patties and sandwiches which the bread was terribly dry and hard from being refrigerated. 3. All pools closed at 6pm for an all inclusive adults only option that seemed a bit off brand . That being said the overall experience was wonderful staff , cleaners , bartenders, waiters and waitresses were WONDERFUL! The room was very clean I liked having some beverages stocked in the fridge and the balcony space was decent. The entertainment was great and the entertaining staff was wonderful I especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show they did an amazing job."

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! We stayed in a villa that was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. It had a stove, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee, filters, wine glasses, and the game room on property even had board games. The property also had a beautiful pool and hot tubs, and the grounds were very well maintained. The ocean was a little too rough for swimming due to the strong surf, but it was still nice to walk along the beach and dip our feet in the water. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the villa. There were makeup stains left by previous guests on the doors and trim, and the stove had not been thoroughly cleaned, as there was still food residue around the knobs. These are details that housekeeping should pay closer attention to, especially at a property of this caliber. Despite those minor issues, we had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, the villa was incredibly well stocked, and overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!"
