The staff at this hotel is the absolute best!! I wish I caught the girl's name at the front desk; she was a lifesaver on more than one occasion. Carlos in the cafe is also top notch! Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at their on-site restaurant and the food was amazing both times. The staff was super nice and we loved our complimentary welcome drinks. The location was perfect too, close to everything. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom door didn't cover the full opening so we had to use a towel on a hanger to fully cover the space.

The room facing the pool was fantastic, modern, spacious, and super comfortable. The view of the water was great. Staff, pool area, and neighborhood all excellent. Two notes of caution: the photos on Expedia are not very accurate. The facility is better than shown but there is no waterfront - the photos of people swimming in mangroves are offshore and before that area was wiped out by a hurricane. The other caution is the noise - the music and partying at the pool goes on until midnight making it impossible to sleep, which was a problem for us as we were diving early the next morning. My recommendation is to stay and enjoy, but prepare. We hope to return.
