Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf Sunsets, South Seas

South Seas Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxury vacation rental condominium located at the South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas Complex. Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, living area with large flat panel TV and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.

Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.

Check in was a little confusing as they sent a photo of where to park upon arrival which must have been taken during construction because it did not match what we experienced when we arrived. So we parked at the designated spot which was far away from the unit. But we soon realized the photo was outdated and we were allowed to park much closer. Other than that check in was fine. The space was nice and clean. View is exactly the same as the photos in the listing.

Great location

Overall solid. Shower and bathroom sink was clogged up but property manager was quick to send plumber. Arrived to no coffee filters and 1 roll of toilet paper. Gorgeous views. Pool was not nice. Beach was beautiful. I would stay again if price was adjusted

Captiva escape

My sister and I went on a girls weekend and this was a great escape for us! The condo was very clean and in a location that can’t be beat. Communication was always very timely with the owners. We hope to visit again next year!

Beautiful Captiva Experience

We had a fantastic time at this condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach, has beautiful views of the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets were spectacular, and we even have the experience of feeling perfectly safe even though some pretty nasty weather brewed up one of the days we were there. We would definitely rent here again!

Enjoyed our 7 day vaca on Captiva Island. The property was nice. A little dark for my taste, but nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath.

South Seas was great! No problems with getting in to resort. There is a large fee to use amenities in the resort but pool close to Condo there was no fee. We really enjoyed our stay.

South Seas Villa

Love South Seas Resort. Condo in great location. Easy to get to beach. We were able to hang out at the beach and have wonderful family time. Pull out worked for kids unsure if it would be comfortable for adults.
