"The owner clearly takes great pride in the house and providing his guests with a wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds surrounding the house cannot be overstated. The house has everything you need to make it your home- comfortable living room and outdoor seating, a well stocked kitchen, and a sun porch that will forever be one of my favorite places to enjoy a stunning view, friends, family, and a good meal. I consider myself lucky to stay there."

"Villa Cungi was the most incredible venue and residence for our wedding! The villa is a true Tuscan gem—rustic yet elegant, with stunning architecture and breathtaking views in every direction. Each private room with its own bathroom made our stay comfortable and stress-free, and our guests were absolutely enchanted by the charm and beauty of the property. The olive grove, pizza oven, and pool provided charming activities and the group dining room brought guests together. The setting created the most magical atmosphere for our wedding celebration—romantic, authentic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to host such a special occasion. Chiara is the perfect host and doubled as our coordinator. She is so skilled in what she does, and coordinated great vendors with timeliness and organization. "The house is lovely and the grounds are superb. We enjoyed the fire pit, the patio area down by the pool, and the welcoming feel of the whole place. We did most of our cooking in the downstairs kitchen, which could use a few more well-placed electrical outlets. The bathrooms are spacious and towels are provided. Ivo and Novella (siblings) are lovely people and super friendly and helpful. The pool was well kept and swimming was lovely. Be aware of the occasional scorpion! They're small enough not to hurt you, but don't be shocked when you see one! We escorted three outside, but they didn't seem to mind.The nights are peaceful and you can hear the owls and the crickets. There's no AC, and we slept with the windows closed because of mosquitos, but it was fine.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- we were a party of nine and the house suited us perfectly. Highly recommended for a group of friends or for a family (or two). Such a treat. Grazie mille Ivo and Novella! Ciao!"

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."

"The property is really well designed/laid out, and is very comfortable for 8-10. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. A very good restaurant is walkable. The pool and pool house are well maintained. Location beautiful.We loved our stay there so give it 5 stars!"
