"The hotel was very comfortable. The queen room is very small but bathroom worked well and bed was comfortable. Coffee in the morning was good. The road down to the hotel is very narrow and winding with many blind spots. Views from the hotel are beautiful."

"The property was difficult to find from the main road however the property manager Luciano was great at communicating even speaking with the taxi driver to assist. "It’s definitely a bit of a trek from the bus/taxi drop off and not for the faint of heart, but the property will pick you up and drop you off when requested. Busses are a little unreliable and taxis are a little pricey, but plan for extra time if you can and use the bus unless you have a lot of luggage. Luigi and Anastasia are great hosts. "it was an hour drive up the winding road from Amalfi. It looks close on the map but it wasn't. we had a little hard time finding it, but called and got directions. Very secure with a front gate. One block to the local pizza shop which was wonderful. Friendly staff lives on site. Big dining room for breakfast, which was European style. Except for the location, it was wonderful. The price was right - but you could not do this every day for a multi day stay at the coast. I would recommend...

"A lovely property and location. I would not stay here again in the off/shoulder season. I think we may have been the only guests at somepoints. We went for breakfast on our second morning - we waited 30 mins and although staff were around, no-one came to serve any breakfast. The room itself was dusty - the vintage furniture has lots of nooks and crannies that would make dusting tricky. It may well be better in the summer/busier time periods."
