"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. "My 10 year old grandson and I stayed in this hostel for two nights and while I had no idea what to expect, never having stayed in a hostel before, I was very happy with the hostel.
