The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. However, the room was really hot as the air conditioning is not available until it is summer (not operational in spring). They provided a fan which helped but it is not what I would expect from a 4star. "

"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night. We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels. If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"
