"The room was clean and tidy; however, it did not fully match the photos shown when we made the booking. The room we received was located on the top floor and did not have a balcony with a view, while the pictures displayed a balcony with a view of the street, along with a stove, sink, breakfast table, and other facilities.
In addition, the lift only went up to the sixth floor, and we had to use the stairs to reach the top floor. Overall, the suite was clean and comfortable, but the shower water...
