Nestled on the mountain in Simon's Town, this picturesque 2-bedroom home boasts breath-taking views of the vast False Bay and bustling Simons Town harbour. The open-plan design seamlessly blends a spacious living area with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, creating the perfect environment for intimate dinners and hearty conversations.

This property is unfortunately not suitable for very young children as there is a steep drop off that is not fenced. There are larger pot plants and a little wooden section to prevent small accidents.

The fireplaces in the image are unfortunately not functional. Fires are not able to be lit. There is a gas heater in the lounge for your comfort and convenience.

The property has a gas grill for use on the patio.

There are baboons that visit the area and thus windows and doors cannot be left open when unattended in the rooms.

Please download Eskomsepush and add Zone 8 Simon’s Town in order to keep up to date with outages in the area. There is a UPS for the internet and loadshedding lights for the rest of the house.

the area is a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature and as such we have to request that you please respect the neighbours. No loud music and shouting after 11pm on weekends and 9pm in the week would be greatly appreciated.
