CENTRAL CBD HOTEL THAT OFFERS GREAT VALUE
This Hotel is great value for what it provides and where it is located. It is very central to everything in the city and major sightseeing - close to shopping and many eateries. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the entire property is well maintained. The staff overall are friendly and helpful especially the in the Breakfast room. The breakfast could be more exciting especially when it comes to pasties

Almost too good to be true
This hotel is amazing good value for money! Lovely, spacious room, very comfy huge bed, balcony onto courtyard, good shower, even mini-bar fridge and tea/coffee facility. Nice artwork all over hotel, nice restaurant and bar. All in all can highly recommend for a stay in the city!

The black lady at the front desk is very arrogant and unreasonable all the time, and does not even want to talk to you, and does not look at the customer all the time, which should be the worst service attitude in South Africa. The facilities are very old, the elevator is like sitting on a snail, there are many cockroaches in the room at night, only breakfast is good.

Great bang for your buck. I liked the music entertainment in the supper club area but the restaurant food 2 stars. The breafast buffet needs more food for non meat eaters/vegetarians ie: salads.
