"On the day we arrived the kitchen counter top and kitchen floor was completely covered with ants. I drove to the property management office and showed them the video on my phone of the ants and they were unwilling to do anything but hand me three ant traps to place in the area myself. The toilets and tubs were dirty when we arrived. Supplying simple basics like a few kitchen towels, dish soap and a garbage bag would be very helpful. We will avoid using properties managed by this company again."
