"This beach house and property was magical! Everything we needed was there, updated,and very clean. Only surprise was the beds weren't made but sheets and towels provided so we just made the beds. The beach "Cross over" is more of a step over, no lugging things to the beach, just a short carry. The wildlife was beautiful, the ocean magical and private,and sun all day even in November/ December!Wanted to buy the place and live there. You will definitely enjoy! "

"Home is in a prime location on the beach. Spectacular sunrise & sunset colors were enjoyed. Driveway sized amply for minivan or truck.Garage was used for our minivan. Outstanding elevator, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Lovely kitchen and large refrigerator. Laundry room also appreciated."

"Sand Sational! was a great beach house. It was very clean, the linens smelled nice and not just like bleach, and the deck seemed fairly new (no splinters). The pictures are a good representation of the house. The house is very dog friendly with very nice gates on the decks, a silicone mat with a dog bowl for water, and a small fenced-in area to let your dog out at night without having to go to the beach, which was a game changer. We would definitely rent this house again. "

"What a great house right on the beach! It had everything we needed, and more. My parents enjoyed the elevator for bringing bags to the top floor, and the kids loved the spacious bedrooms and quick access to the beach! Ingrid was an awesome host and kept in contact with us through checkout. We can’t wait to come back!"
