Please note that there are a few stairs leading to the home, made of natural stone. As a result, the steps may vary slightly in height compared to standard stairs. Guests should use caution when accessing the home, especially at night or when carrying luggage.

The beautiful live oak tree reaches over the top deck and may be tempting for child to climb, but for your safety, please don't climb this or any trees on the property. (Sorry, I know it's tempting!)

Please no fires in the fireplace as this fireplace is not operable and could pose a hazard if used.

The grill is a charcoal grill. Charcoal is not provided, so please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid if needed. Please don't grill inside the garage of under the carport area for safety reasons. Grill must be pulled outside to driveway during use and please use the black grill mat below so that the driveway is not stained.

Outdoor furniture is covered. Please remove these covers upon arrival and place within the big plastic bin.

There is a washer and dryer located within the laundry room inside the garage (game room). Comal county W.O.R.D. Permit #L2029.
