"I should've read the reviews. The pictures look super nice compared to the actual property which looks and smells quite run down. We stayed 30 mins then left to stay at another location. We didn't ask for or needed a refund...this place was just that bad."

"Very small but everything there that you need. Sylvie came in for check-in and check-out and was very friendly and helpful. We didn´t try cooking, so I can´t judge the kitchen equipment, but the place is clean and the balcony is gorgeous. Note that there are no shops or bars/ restaurants really nearby and that you pay extra for linens and towels if required and for the cleaning if you don´t want to do it yourself. But still, great value for money!"

"The location is great for beach lovers, since it is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The stretch of beach that is close by is quiet, but isn't the best section though ... you have to walk another 10-15 min towards Cannes. There are a few restaurants directly below the apartment, which is convenient, but can get noisy at night (plus the heat from the kitchen rises). There is a convenience store and small supermarket close by. There are plenty of beach toys to purchase close by....

"Great place to stay at a reasonable price yet still enjoy all the Cote D'Azur has to offer, Easy access to the trains and bus service along the coast between Cannes and Monaco. nice beach short stroll from apartment and use of 2 swimming pools on the complex, everything in the apartment that one could require. Fabulous view from the balcony where I have spent many hours, and staff in reception really helpful with anything else. , it's a nice place to catch some sun and enjoy the french riviera,...
