Summary:
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite, featuring breathtaking views from your private six-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites we own and operate on the same floor of the building. Explore all of them for options or if traveling with friends and need additional space.

The Space:
Our two-story Penthouse loft offers 1,722 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and a large deck with outdoor living area and six-person hot tub.

The suite offers:

A spacious upstairs Master Bedroom: Spacious with walk-in closet, large bathroom, and king-sized bed.

Main Floor Bedroom: King-size bed, which can be split into two twin beds upon request. (Please give 48 hours notice or a charge may apply)

Den: Features a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed.

Main Floor: Large bathroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and a spacious living and dining area.

Enjoy your private rooftop patio with a six-person hot tub and a main floor balcony equipped with a BBQ.

We provide complimentary WiFi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide, and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

Additional amenities include two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and the suite including the balcony and patio are a smoke-free environment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please be aware this property is not wheelchair accessible, and you will need to use stairs inside the split-level suite. An elevator is available near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room, but the suite itself requires stairs for access to the main floor and second level.

Remember to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, waterslide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor, especially if you're traveling with children.

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a wonderful town brimming with indoor and outdoor activities! It's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (just 25 minutes away) and offers, in our opinion, even better restaurants and amenities. Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community center where kids can learn to rock climb with a safe, self-repelling system. We've seen children as young as 2 years old climbing there.

We think you will love Canmore. Please let us know what adventures and great food you find here and we'll be sure to pass it on to our other guests.

Getting Around:
The suite includes two heated underground parking stalls conveniently located near the elevator. Taxis are readily available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1 km from your front door via the pedestrian rail crossing, featuring excellent dining and charming small shops.

Other Things to Note:
The building houses an upscale restaurant, The Grande. We have always had fantastic meals there, though the restaurant receives mixed reviews, so we encourage you to check its current status on TripAdvisor.

I can't say enough about Bill and this property. Everything is so well thought out and all of our comforts were provided for. The location is excellent for exploring the town and getting around to dinner locations. We loved staying in Canmore. It is fairly close to all things in Banff National Park and not nearly as overrun as Banff. It was so hard to leave and we hope to return again soon! Thanks Bill for a great stay!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bill and Ariane's condo. The living areas are comfortable and spacious and we really loved the view from the hot tub. The condo is also within easy walking distance to charming downtown Canmore. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of 8 stayed here to take part in the Rocky Mountain Soap Company Walk in Canmore... its a beautiful condo with so much room! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The hot tub was wonderful, the pool with the slide and hot tub were fantiastic and the beds were great... even the pull out one! I totally recommend staying here! Will definately return!

The photos in the ad matched the property and the views of the sunrise were stunning. It was quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had all the tools and equipment that we needed for a group of 5 adults. It was a wonderful place to gather family from all over the world.

We enjoyed our stay! A comfortable place. Lots of room for all six of us. The hot tub is lovely. The only thing was the smell of the restaurant below and the fan that was outside close to the balcony- caused a smell of deep fried food. I think a heads up would have been great! Overall the view, the beds, the condo and the hosts were spectacular.

The property was great! We came to Canmore for a wedding. There were 8 of us in the unit (6 adults, 2 kids). We were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room. We cooked great meals, enjoyed the hot tub on the roof, enjoyed the stunning mountain views from the balcony. We couldn’t fit our rental pickups in the underground garage but we were allowed to park in a surface lot behind the neighboring resort. The people at the front desk were not all that friendly or helpful but the property hosts were excellent, very responsive and addressed all of our concerns immediately. This place is well worth the $$…100%. If we return, this is our spot!

The place was great, good location, lots of room. Furnishings were fine, nothing amazing. It was average enough not to leave a review until I received a extra cleaning fee for “crumbs on the counter and floor, hand prints on the window and a toy left in the microwave”. We cleaned up before we left, but the cleaning supplies are locked in a locked cabinet. I’m sure there were crumbs, and lightening McQueen did get left in the microwave, but it seems like routine mess left behind. Counters needed to be wiped regardless of whether there were crumbs, floors needed to be vacuumed. Just be aware when you book. It’s a good stay, but something to keep in mind.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The description was accurate. When we checked in the gaming system was missing the controllers. We mentioned it immediately so we were not charged for them being missing and received no communication about whether they were actually missing or just not suppose to be there, which is weird. We were also charged an extra fee for cleaning up some popcorn and food stains? I would assume vacuuming and wiping counters is standard cleaning practice especially during these times. While we enjoyed our stay while we were there we would not choose this place again.

I would not recommend this particular unit because even though the condo is fantastic, it is located above the restaurant kitchen and next to their fans, which means there is a very noisy, constant and annoying vibration of the kitchen fans running all day and evening that can be felt through the entire unit. The two downstairs bedrooms are almost impossible to stay in. We could feel the walls and beds shaking, and we used an app on our phones to check the decibel level at 60. It is like having your washing machine at the spin cycle for hours. The owner was very responsive and sorry about the situation after we mentioned it, and they asked the restaurant people to turn off the fan for the night between 11:00 and midnight for the two nights we stayed there. They seem to be aware of the situation. If I had known, I would have booked another unit. This greatly affected our stay, and we will never go there again.
