Our favorites are Daniel and Carlos. Daniel went above and beyond taking care of us at the pool everyday. Carlos was on it with drinks! "

"Before staying at Finest Playa Mujeres I read reviews saying it was closer to a 4* than 5* and now having stayed there, I agree this is true. The hotel grounds are lovely and well kept, but sadly the hotel falls down in several other areas - the food is the biggest disappointment with service varying throughout the hotel. Rooms are a decent size but not 5* luxury. "
