I cannot say enough good things about the phenomenal staff!! They were friendly, warm and welcoming and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. Our bedding and towels were exchanged and our room cleaned every day and the wait staff and bartenders were absolutely fantastic!!

We would eat dinner at 7 o’clock when it started we will have to leave because of there may be a chance for a large group to come in and eat dinner. There was just two of us in the dining room. Both sides were totally empty. I’ll never stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Never made it to the reaort because I got sick the day of my flight. Got credited for the flight but never was able to reach the resort because no one answered the phone until about a whole week later. Then had the audacity to say they can't give me a credit for the booking because I was deemed a "no-show". Even Expedia expressed that I was sick and they even tridd reaching out to them numerous times. Never again

This is a budget friendly resort. My brother and I booked this place with the idea of lower expectations (aka not a high-end resort). The rooms are adequate but try to get a pool or beach side room to avoid street noise. All meals are serviced buffet style which met my budget friendly expectations. The wait and bar staff were phenomenal and only took about day to remember what drink you would like for which meal. I would like to call out Israel for making sure our drinks stayed fresh and strong while at the pool. To sum it up...As long as you don't book this place with high expectations you won't be let down.
