Service and staff were phenomenal. Very nice and well maintained property. Food was generally excellent. But if you want quiet, this may not be the best place. Afternoon entertainment was loud and thumping and extended to the quieter areas. Still a great resort and I cannot overstate how great the service was.

All the staff was very attentive. The hotel was very clean and the food was great. The only thing that was disappointing was that due to the time the ocean had to much seaweed. The hotel needs better night entertainment.

From Edgar at check in, to Both Daniel's from Speak easy to Resort reservations, to chef Adelita and the main chef Del, the gm, the wait staff, entertainment staff, to diana at the gym.
