Ok, so like all resorts they’d like to upsell once you arrive, I get it, but with two kids melting down it was a little infuriating to try to sell us some extra packages once we checked in, we thought we were getting our bags delivered to our room but we’re ushered to a desk and told we could get a feee something but only if we signed up right now, hey nothing is free and was at least twenty minutes of back and forth to just say no thank you and then be told where we could request our bag delivery. The tv channel listing just says TV, there is no paper map in your room or a book on amenities, and all reservations go live at 7:00 and are all gone by 7:00, just stare at your screen to learn anything you want to know about GR, which does not stand for great.
