Parking area could be marked a little better. Concrete parking spaces with raised concrete slabs make it an absolute nightmare for anyone walking around it. Surely raised slabs should be painted yellow?

Extremely disappointing
- random child ran into room during our late night check in - multiple attempts from random people to open our door and constant knocking at all times of the night 2/4 nights one of these at 1am leaving us feeling not very safe. One we opened & it was a lady who couldn’t find her family but before she knocked she attempted to open our door several times. - dryer door falling apart making this difficult to dry our clothes for the next early morning as we arrived back late from an event. - no seating or table on balcony as there usually is so no point even having a balcony. - very noisy children running up & down the hallway at all hours - fire evacuation with no communication of what had happened & no one checked on us whilst still upstairs top floor as we were on our balcony picking up next doors cigarette butts & thought the alarm was coming from the shopping centre across the road. - multiple attempts to call hotel to organise late check in no answer - some random man on balcony next door room 406 kept flicking cigarette butts onto our balcony & sticking his head around so we had to keep the blinds closed. He also had his torch on looking through the frosted glass on balcony. Been staying here for 10+ years & it’s changed dramatically. We won’t be back.

We paid big $$ for stay..tv not working. Staff were quick to fix this tho. Bedroom wall light not working. Sofa bedfor 3rd guest very uncomfortable. Bus stop just outside our room..noisy! We have been here before as we like the location. But this time very poor value.

Stayed on a Saturday night. Accommodation was across the road from the large shopping centre, so convenient. Also lots of great eating places on the same street. Recommended

It was convenient for what I was in Canberra for. Not enough signage about where you could park in the basement as they are numbered and you start to look for your room number.

The whole point of having a kitchen is to be able to cook a meal. There were no pots or pans anywhere to be found. The oven was not easy to operate - no instructions anywhere.

We had a very comfortable one night stay at the Abode Tuggeranong, the showers hot water ran out after a couple of minutes which was not ideal but it did not ruin our stay, overall we would stay again.

Unit was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Great comfy bed. Worst thing was machinery noise outside may have been street sweeper which started at 3am and went for a long time!

Enjoyed our stay at Abode Tuggeranong. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the appliances/furnishings were very good. The only small issues were the there was very little room left either side of the king bed to move comfortably. Also the TV picture was dull and difficult to watch. Having said that we would recommend this hotel

Amenities were wonderful. Closeness to shopping and dining was great !! Needs a lounge lamp, more accessible PowerPoints. Bedside tables unfortunately totally impractical.

Appliances not working eg oven. Value for money and service seems to have diminished over time. Have experienced some issues over successive visits now. The Woden Abode is way superior in all areas. Still has info and connection points for room service and menu of a associated cafe which no longer operates.
