"Elevators not working. Service elevator only. Rooms outdated. Need to be repaired. If you want to charge those prices you have to keep up with the times Room door was very old. I paid for a newly renovated room I dont think so"

"This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean, quiet, well-appointed, and a good size. The staff were wonderful; I felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the bed - it was like a foam bed from a box, not very stable or comfortable, and as someone with a disability, it was difficult to sit up on the bed to read because the mattress was too unstable. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay."

"The staff was very accommodating. We got there early. We were going to a Blue Jays game. Traffic was terrible. They let us in early. We’d be able to park our car get into our room and head off to the Blue Jays game and as we are walking out, they said go Jays. We also met the cleaning staff and she couldn’t have been lovelier and the rooms were so clean."
