"From start to finish, our stay at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni was extraordinary. We wanted to splurge on somewhere special, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bellagio and steps from the ferry, with spectacular lake views. The concierge team helped us plan weeks before arrival and arranged all our transportation. They knew us by name, asked about our experiences, and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast in the magnificent grand room was a daily highlight, as were our evening nightcaps in the grand ballroom with live piano music each night. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, La Goletta, and playing tennis on the lovely court. Highly recommend for a special stay in Lake Como. We cannot wait to return!"

We forgot few items in the safe after we checked out and it was too late for us to go back and pick them up. The staff were extremely helpful by contacting us, working with us constantly and shipping our stuff overnight to the next hotel in the country we arrived at. We are very grateful for their diligent services and professionalism."

"Hi! This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The Staff was SO SWEET - provided my fiancé and I a bottle of champagne for our engagement/birthday. The room service was perfect. The view was stunning and the hotel was perfectly located in town. They helped set up a boat tour for us as well as a restaurant up on a top of a hill in Bellagio. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back here again."
