areas are excellent, rooms spotless and amazing variety of food. Only issue with us were the mosquitos. The resort is next to a lake, hence, we were all terribly bitten and I could see a number of others around the

very clean. Food quality was great! We utilised the kids club for our toddler, 2 hours free childcare per day which was great! However our room wasnt cleaned at all during our 4 night stay, even when we asked for it and toilet roll it still didnt happen. It was also very busy and i don't think there were enough staff working in reception or at the

or lobby bar (i waited 10 mins to get my son milk for bed!). Other than these 2 things it was fabulous "

"I had not heard of this hotel before but it was centrally located in Playa den Bossa area and easy to walk places such as Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza as well as the beach. The hotel was clean and the

was nice. There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. Overall a great stay. I would return to this hotel. "
