The room was very old, very outdated infested with ants , no hot water, shower head was broken, no blanket on the bed and the tv remote didn’t work. The room was gross. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Needs a serious modernization, upgrade……

Honestly, the hotel and property is fine. I've stayed here before a few times. But I made the mistake of doing ONE bag of laundry here. I left it with the front desk and in most hotels everywhere in the world this might be 25-30 dollars max anywhere I've done this. Maybe 35-40 if you do some dry cleaning. One bag of laundry was 97 euros....97.... That's like a 160 dollar bag of laundry for t-shirts, socks underwear. That's absolute highway robbery and I'll never stay here again just for that. There are better hotels in Playa Den bossa for the same price.

Went on low season so many places around were being ready to close down . Other than that buffet offer great variety Property was very conveniently located to take tours and walks on the beach

Wonderful place to stay and close to the main clubs. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was super nice. Only thing I will say is that we had two friends come to the room before we went out and the security guard knocked on the door and made them leave. I’ve never had that happen before

For an all inclusive experience they really nickel and dime you. Charge for pool towels and a toke for a bar glass. One elevator was broken all during our stay. Looks a lot more high end online than in person.

A quiet and lovely property, well maintained Spanish architecture with great outdoor pool, bbq, hammocks, etc. Has 4 bedrooms, but only 1 shared bathroom for 3 upstairs bedrooms. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for people with mobility issues. Great manager.
