Definitely on the edge of a 4 star property... The place is clean and pool/staff are awesome. It's a 5 min walk from Hi Ibiza and the middle of Platja d'en Bossa. A really nice hotel at a good price point.

I had not heard of this hotel before but it was centrally located in Playa den Bossa area and easy to walk places such as Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza as well as the beach. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. Overall a great stay. I would return to this hotel.

This hotel will be good if it was in range of 100-150 EUR. 1) bed was really not good. 2) bathroom was bad kept, not clean. Instead of body was or shampoo they only had hand wash liquid. 3) no room service 4) no vegan options in breakfast 5) staff was friendly 6) noisy as building is old and people will party till late. I would avoid if the the hotel is high priced.

The property was a little older, but the overall staff and maintenance of the property was good. The area is a party area, so it is within walking distance of the bigger night clubs. The rooms aren’t very big, but are a decent size. I am in a wheelchair and was able to get around the room, but it was a little tight in some places. My chair is not very big, but someone in a bigger chair would have a harder time. The bathroom was excellent for accessibility and very easy to use. The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything that was needed. Overall this was a good experience.

Love my stay, had the Coachella suite being that I'm from California I felt at home, the day time pool bartender( Brazilian woman) was amazing super friendly and nice. Enjoyed my time at her bar. Hope to be back in Ibiza soon!

The lamp in the front room was too low. I would always hit my head on it. For 2 people with a few bags of luggage, there isn’t enough storage room so we just left our luggage on the floor or couch. The bathroom also had minimal space for cosmetics and whatnot.

The property was at a great location, made it super convenient to shops and clubs. All staff were super friendly, although housekeeping could do better with the room bathroom. Had a handicap shower with a slow drain, unable to take long showers without water getting everywhere. Sink drain was also very slow.

Location and cleanliness are great however if your staying here please note that there is no lift, The AC is almost dead and the room has no extras at all so you are only paying for bed and breakfast nothing else. Considering the high price they charge you would expect high quality stay and service. Days after staying I noticed that this is the norm in Ibiza except some luxury hotels.

Not a 4 stars hotel

The check-in was terrible and the front desk worker was rude. The structure looks more like an Hostel than a Hotel and is not a 4 stars hotel for sure. Don't recommend at all!
