"We stayed at Bay Resort for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Hoi An. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The staff are attentive, polite and happy to help with anything. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to other travellers. You won’t be disappointed. "

"Wonderful, beautiful, and luxurious property; staff is amazing and accommodating; delicious and varied breakfast. Unfortunately we did not make it to the afternoon tea. The only thing I did not like was that the shower is handheld. You have to lather up and wash your hair ... then use the shower to rinse off. It made it for a cumbersome shower experience. Tub is very high. You have to step on a box to get in the tub. A problem if you have children or mobility isssues. Otherwise, it was a super-fabulous stay. "
