Saona Villas presents this beautiful villa for 6 people with private pool. It is located 1.5 km from the beach in a quiet area and enjoys beautiful panoramic views of the sea.

Pleasant holiday villa whose accommodation is located on the upper floor (the ground floor remains closed and unoccupied) for 6 people consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy outside, a friendly setting and its private pool. Comfortable and spacious villa is located in the quiet area of Enchinent, just 1.5 km from the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants of the lively resort of Calpe.

Location and distances: Enchinent district. Beach: 1.5 km. Supermarket: 1.5 km - Restaurants: 2 km. City center: 2.5 km.

Upstairs: Large balcony with beautiful panoramic views. Living/ dining room with fireplace and satellite TV. Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker). Laundry with washing machine. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds). 2 bathrooms/ water WC including 1 adjoining.

Outside: Beautiful Mediterranean garden. Private pool 8 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Barbecue built. Outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered, garden furniture. 3 private parking spaces.

ALL INCLUSIVE/ except: Deposit: 600 € / stay by credit card or cash (deposit debited and returned about 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for refund if you pay in cash).
