"This hotel is a tiny gem in Arlington. The outside does not look like much, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is accommodable.
For the price and a tiny 1-2 day stay, absolutely pick this place.
I will say that the phone service is dependent on the owners to pick up, but they will be awake at 6am if you pester them enough :| . "

The pool area has charm but sits under a pine tree, so it does get quite messy, and the pool isn’t heated. The home has a fun, eye-catching decor, though it’s a bit older and could use some updates. The kitchen had the basics, but if you're planning to cook full meals, it may feel a bit understocked. Beds were okay, though not the most comfortable, and a few items around the house were a bit worn or in need of repair. That said, it’s a fun and budget-friendly place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a laid-back vibe"
