"First of all- the location was absolutely fabulous! Right across the street from Disneyland. Our room was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were quite small for my family of 5. We would have loved a little more room to move around, but we managed. Also, we had been traveling for a few days before and after, so a laundry service would have been nice. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"It was a cost effective way to stay near Disneyland but would prefer being closer. It was okay or good for that matter, the staff or front desk made this more pleasurable. I did not care though for the smell of our room upon the return one evening, we had to switch rooms. "

"Hotel was wonderful. We did have an issue with room service. Room service items come from the Pizza Press and our room service was delivered very late and cold. When we called to follow up, we learned that they had not had time to deliver it because they had been so busy that night. So otherwise, our food was just sitting there, ready and getting cold. "
