Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the in room safe but the front desk person was able to help us open it. Breakfast was delicious with meat, cheese, herbed tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, an espresso maker and a nice variety of pastries. Very close to the subway and everything in the center of downtown as well as the waterfront."

"This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is exceptional and the amenities of the hotel are amazing. Our time in Lisbon was met with rain and they had readily available umbrellas for us to venture out as much as we could. The room was spacious compared to other European hotel rooms (nice surprise!) and everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children (they have snacks in the lobby as well as an ice cream machine!)"
