"The hotel was fabulous, as soon as you walked in it felt lovely, clean and modern. The staff were also very helpful and very polite. The rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay here again and so close to the Docks."
"This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.
The photo of the hot tub is laughable when you look at the reality.
Luckily we were only staying one night otherwise we would have found other accommodation."
"I had a great stay at the 8 Quadrant apartments in Hoylake over the weekend. Communication with the host (Alex) was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We did have a little hiccup with the key retrieval but was able to find a solution not long after. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was also ideal—just a short walk to the train station (literally across the road), which made getting into Liverpool city centre super easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the area. Thank you! "
