"The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay. Highly recommended."

Lots to like Easy Access from Metro Station.Direct from Liverpool Lime Street Close to good beach side walks West Kirby a short bus ride away with nice coffee shops and beach. Hotel has 6 rooms the ones I have stayed in have been large, clean and have very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food at the upper end of Pub Grub. Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of 2pm which is check in time, and your room is ready, why do you have to wait to 2pm to get in. Will certainly return."
