They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"Great value for money , plenty parking spaces ,good breakfast fantastic base for 1 or 2 nights visiting Pisa. Down side not much outside the hotel . Need to get a taxi to centre of Pisa ."
