"The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... "A beautiful boutique hotel ... centrally located .... the staff was outstanding and courteous."

"Warm welcome, gorgeous room and courtyard. "

"Hotel Riviera is a beautiful boutique hotel! My mom and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, helped with bookings for a taxi, and provided dinner recommendations. It was a short walk to the water and the main town area making the hotel conveniently located. Also the food on site was very good."

"Excellent hotel, super clean, great rooms, fantastic location and very helpful staff! Highly recommended! Better than many 5 stars hotels out there!"

"clean room, not noisy, great location"

"The hotel location was excellent (5 min walk to edge of the old town) and lots of free parking close. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and polite. We didnt have breakfast but there are numerous options all within a few minutes walk."

"Little hotel near cathedral and center"

"Stayed for 3 nights, walking distance to city centre and many restaurants. Building and room were very clean. Very happy with our stay!"

"El personal, muy atento y amable, nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado y el último día nos dejaron aprovechar la piscina."

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. The room was very compact with the toilet and shower behind a glass screen next to the bed. Cleanliness and location was great just don’t expect the room to be as the...
