I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the location, it was locked. I was never given a code or any special instructions about this hotel. I tried sending an email, since my cell reception was not working (American carrier). Anyways. I gave up hope and just booked another hotel because I didn’t want to be waiting out in the sun with my luggage in hopes that maybe someone would get back to me. Eventually someone replied to my email around 7pm. Apparently they don’t think it’s their responsibility to inform customers that they need a code to enter the building ( it is.) anyhow. I lost $250 because there are no refunds. If you stay here, you have to request a code to get in.

Buen aspecto pero con peros...

Nos pusieron en una habitacion en la planta baja, al lado de la entrada y de la recepción. Se escuchaba los portazos de la entrada y cada vez que entraba y salia alguien. Al igual que si habia añguien cocinando porque esta todo en la misma planta. En la recepcion no habia nadie(menos mal por un lado) durante toda la estancia y me comuniqué con ellos por whatsap. Las toallas eran blancas pero tenian un aspecto desgastado y sucio y no hay servicio de limpieza de habitación. Tan solo vienen cada 3 dias a cambiar las toallas que en nuestro caso se retrasaron un dia. Pero ni vaciaron la papelera del baño..un poco dejado la verdad. La cama es muy cómoda y las instalaciones de la habitación estan muy bien, con aire acondicionado, nevera y television(no iban bien muchos canales). Las sabanas estaban limpias y nuevas.

El alojamiento en general estaba bien. Sin embargo, las fotos que aparecen en la web son diseños a ordenador y no corresponden 100% con la realidad. Sobre todo el baño, muy pequeño y anticuado. Además hay una habitación en la planta baja que es del todo ruidosa porque está al lado de la entrada y de la cocina y se escucha absolutamente todo. Creo que deberían insonorizarla si de verdad quieren usarla como habitación.

It is perfectly located... not exactly in the center, but also not far away... So you can enjoy yourself downtown and also have a quiet place to stay. But the greatest asset of the hotel is the person running it. She communicates in English over WhatsApp, I was there during covid restrictions on the race (Cami de Caval) and she helped me to get PCR test, even the regular office hours of the testing site were out of my availability, helping me with a taxi to the airport and providing a lot of local tips and advices.

Estancia muy buena!!

Hemos estado muy bien en Xubec. Las instalaciones estan muy nuevas y el hostal aunque es sencillo esta puesto con gusto. Lo mejor de Xubec es Mary, encantadora y muy amable. Conoce la isla de maravilla y sus recomendaciones, tanto de calas como de restaurantes, han sido muy acertadas.

Rapporto qualità - prezzo pessimo. La struttura non segnalata dall’esterno, è posizionata in un palazzetto di un quartiere vicino il centro. Check -in inesistente, effettuato cn un messaggio su whatsapp. La reception non è mai stata aperta. Le foto sul sito si riferiscono ad una ristrutturazione passata. La stanza era al piano terra, piccolissima, con finiture vecchie, non insonorizzata, bagno piccolissimo con box doccia che perdeva acqua. Assolutamente sotto gli standard di una stanza da 150 euro. Per di più giornalmente non fanno le pulizie. La posizione è piuttosto centrale, si raggiunge il centro in 10 min di camminata. In conclusione l’esperienza è stata una totale delusione. Da non consigliare, considerati gli alti costi richiesti non giustificati.

No es un Hotel es una casa de huespedes

el hotel esta ubicado fuera de la ciutadella pero muy cerca, no te limpian la habitación hasta que te vas y te cobran 20 euros por la limpieza obligatoriamente, cuando llegas tienes que llamar a alguien porque no hay recepción solo te dan un código de entrada, lo cual si mi teléfono no hubiera servido en Europa no hubiera podido contactarlos.
