"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. "This is a true oasis. Beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, in the midst of the city, yet tucked in old city villas. The pool area is gorgeous, especially in the second palazzo - with the cathedral towering above you. Breakfast is generous and fresh, making for a perfect start to the day. If you need a place to find peace and quiet, you can’t ask for more."

From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
