"Good value for the price. I cleaned the fridge as my chore for the stay. Only feedback is that on the listing it was advertised that there was off-street parking on the premises, but a few hours before check in I received and email stating that we had to park on the street. Sheets were clean, I think the blankets need a wash. Content overall. thanks for the stay."

"Great hotel, parking sucks there is no free parking or self service or anything. The cheapest is $35 a night and that’s from the city. Kimpton should cover the charge of parking. "

I do feel it is unfair though to charge for parking because the parking area is meant for customers only. I have never heard of parking being charged for. Tottally unfair.And $250 for deposit is unfair, regardless of getting it back because you have to stillboay for that and its hard enough to pay for the rooms, let alone deposit + parking too. A bit confusing to distinguish between the two Marriott's being in the same area, not clearly marked.
The are a few tripping hazards of bush stumps behind parking spots. We parked in backwards and when accessed our truck at night, stumbled on one about 4", next day noticed there were quite a few.
