"The service at the hotel was great. Every team member had a smile and was helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. I didnt care for the bathroom layout. It was small and the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot. The toilet reminded me of a public toilet due to its design. Those are minor irritants. The view was amazing! We were on the 23rd floor overlooking the river. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Wolfgang Kitchen. The food and service was great. The skywalk to DeVos Hall was convenient for the show we enjoyed last night. "

"Rooms are clean, staff is nice, and the location is great. The mall is right across the street and there are other places of interest within minutes of the hotel. Our go to when in Grand Rapids."

"Hands down the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! They were so accommodating and just naturally nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Parking could be a bit better but they were nice and enough to let me park in EV parking when the lot got full. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back. "

"Check in was super fast, room and all other areas of hotel were spotless. Apparently you’re supposed to request the shuttle a day and a half before you want it otherwise it’s not always available. They originally told us we wouldn’t have use of the area shuttle because we had not requested it, but when we went down to ask them to order a cab they said they had gotten permission to run it for us. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with alot of options available. We also liked that check out wasn’t until 12. "
