Spacious and comfortable, this property features 5 bedrooms (including a master suite) with 4 double beds and 1 pull-out bed, accommodating up to 10 guests, perfect for family or friends’ getaways. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a living room with a TV to relax after a busy day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi and one crib.
You will also have a garden which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is located close to all amenities: several bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Carrefour City", respectively at 6 minutes and 3 minutes of walk.

The marina of Caen is at 6 minutes walk from the accommodation. It offers a multitude of activities and water sports!

City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy with Rouen, the city has inherited a very rich architectural heritage, partly destroyed during the battle of Caen. This city will delight history lovers and will offer you places not to be missed such as the ducal castle, the Ladies' Abbey, the Saint-Pierre church or the rue Froide in the old town!

Appartement avec de beaux volumes mais pas accueillant. Pas de déco. Impression de négligé Accueil inexistant, notre interlocuteur froid.Le lave vaisselle était plein de vaisselle sale. Problèmes électriques : nous avons dû réclamé et changé les ampoules.La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pasNous avons signalé les problèmes, entre autre une serrure de chambre cassée, une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes Positif : une bonne literie et un bon emplacement

Logement très bien situé dans Caen, propre à l arrivée.Les services proposés sont a la hauteur (lits faits, serviettes de toilettes présentes et ménage inclus dans la prestation).Petit bémol sur l extérieur, il manque un éclairage, une table et des chaises extérieures, le barbecue serait a remplacer et l entretien du jardin serait a améliorer.

Bel appartement très spacieux, situé dans un emplacement idéal, à seulement quelques minutes du port de Caen, de son centre-ville, et donc de toutes les commodités. 2 places pour rentrer les voitures dans le garage (avec un peu d'adresse) ce qui est aussi appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.
