Accommodating up to 10 people, the accommodation is composed of four bedrooms including a master suite ; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a television to relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi and one crib.
You will also have a garden which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is located close to all amenities: several bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Carrefour City", respectively at 6 minutes and 3 minutes of walk.

The marina of Caen is at 6 minutes walk from the accommodation. It offers a multitude of activities and water sports!
The accommodation is also located near several sites of interest, namely: The Castle of Caen (10 minutes on foot); the Fine Arts Museum (12 minutes); the Office of Tourism and Congress (6 minutes); the Saint-Pierre church (6 minutes); the Normandy Museum (12 minutes); and many others ...

The beaches of Cabourg and Ouistreham are 27 minutes and 21 minutes respectively by car.

City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy with Rouen, the city has inherited a very rich architectural heritage, partly destroyed during the battle of Caen. This city will delight history lovers and will offer you places not to be missed such as the ducal castle, the Ladies' Abbey, the Saint-Pierre church or the rue Froide in the old town!
