Shelley helpfully gave us all the information we needed and left us to it. Parking would have been a challenge had we not been the only ones staying, but there was room in the village. "The hotel had great amenities and set in an excellent location, overlooking the sea. Most of the staff were helpful and frindly although the service for the afternoon tea was not to the same standard as the rest (the staff were not very attentive). The lift was out of service when we arrived but was fixed swiftly. We booked two rooms and one of the rooms was much nicer than the other, with a bigger TV and wardrobe and more recently renovated. It would be good to renovate the remaining rooms so they don't differ as much. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return, although some consistency in the room standards and service would make the experience even better."
