The adjoining dining space offers a simple setting for shared meals, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a long, unhurried dinner. Guest Access:
The cottage is semi-attached to a neighbouring residence, which is occasionally used by the owners as a holiday home. They are completely separate and soundproofed for a comfortable stay. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves as well as access to shared facilities, including the swimming pool and tennis court. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Located just off Caves Road between Yallingup and Dunsborough, this secluded setting places both towns within an easy five to ten minute drive. It’s an ideal base for exploring the region’s wineries, breweries, restaurants, beaches, and surf breaks, along with bush walks, caves, and local arts. Walking trails begin right at your doorstep, including a scenic track leading to Caves House in around thirty to forty-five minutes, making it easy to experience the natural beauty of the area on foot.
