"The cabin is an ideal retreat for two with a stunning view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee with breakfast in the morning, snacking a quick bite outdoors for lunch, and grilling steaks on the deck with a Bud for him and a glass of wine for me at dinner. Fishermen in their boats drifting by, water birds and eagles soared above the river, and song birds twittered in the trees. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. One night we watched a storm roll in from over the mountains...

"The cabin was a wonderful getaway. We didn't spend much time in our cabin due to our reason for being rhere was fishing, but it was quaint, quite, and comfortably. Loved this place and highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved the quaint cabin 1, the amazing view, the intament setting of the the resort, and the amenities. We used the dock for fishing for nearly 8 hours with complete privacy. No one bothered us and no one was loud or obnoxious. One of the most relaxing vacations I've been in in some time. Additionally, the cabin was clean and comfortable, with all the supplies we needed to stay comfortably"

"House was very nice and big, ticks were very bad, house smelled outside of waste. Also found roach outside on railing. Be nice if didn't use all supplies from dollar store. Soaps, tissues. Need new ping pong balls, and pool sticks. But our family had fun."

"Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy."

"Host & manager were helpful with location & wifi code when we couldn’t find the details (sent in email rather than via the VRBO app). Didn’t find the washer & dryer mentioned in the listing, but we didn’t really need it during our few days’ stay, so it wasn't an issue. Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed."

"Excellent location, quiet, close to a good boat ramp in the sheltered back of a creek, convenient to town. Just a short drive to the main street through town. It takes minutes to get anywhere from here. The property is secluded with large trees, the drive and parking area is gravel, the cabin I stayed in was very neatly decorated in a lake theme. The owners are good people. I really enjoyed my stay."

"This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back."
