"Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet cover. One highlight--the bed was pretty comfortable. I wasn't expecting very much but I was still disappointed. Won't stay here again. Sorry. Just honest."

"Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."

"The good: Inexpensive; Staff friendly and helpful; Lobby and breakfast area recently renovated; Breakfast above average for budget-range hotel (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, good coffee, yogurt, cereal); Good Indian restaurant on premises. The "needs improvement": Other than the lobby, this property has seen better days; Room condition poor - trim, etc. worn - needs painting; Bathroom - white shower/tub surround fixed with off-white flex seal, fixtures worn, vent fan very noisy; Sink area dark - only 1 bulb working in fixture, sink drain barely works; Other: musty smell, A/C works well but very noisy, can hear other guests in neighboring rooms, very humid as pool is nearby, room was directly off the large conference hall, outside of room very dark day and night;"

"We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties, and the communication from the host throughout the entire stay was above and beyond even our best experience. Whether we had a question about boat rentals or something in the house, they were always prompt to reply to our texts. "
